Excel Training Promo Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Excel Training Promo provided by Zion Analytics. By participating in this training, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Training Details:

1. The Excel training provided by Zion Analytics is offered at a cost of $1,500 per day plus GST.

2. The client agrees to pay the full training fee in advance before the training begins.

3. The training may be conducted online or at the client's site, as selected by the client during registration.

4. All necessary training equipment, including computers, software applications, and other materials, must be provided by the client.

5. The number of attendees  is limited up to 10, additional cost ($150 plus GST) will be added per person after that.

 

Expenses:

1. Any travel expenses, including transportation, accommodation, and meals, incurred by the trainer for on-site training will be borne by the client. These expenses will be invoiced separately and are payable within 10 days from the date of the invoice.

2. Living expenses for the trainer, if applicable, will also be charged to the client and invoiced separately.

 

Payment:

1. The client agrees to pay the training fee in full via the payment method provided during registration.

2. All invoices for travel expenses and living expenses will be payable within 10 days from the date of the invoice.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

1. Cancellation by the Client: If the client cancels the training 5 days or more before the scheduled start date, a full refund of the training fee will be issued. If the cancellation occurs within the scheduled start date, the training fee will not be refunded.

2. Rescheduling by the Client: The client may request to reschedule the training 5 days or more before the scheduled start date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellation by Zion Analytics: In the event that Zion Analytics needs to cancel the training, a full refund of the training fee will be issued.

 

Intellectual Property:

1. All training materials, content, and resources provided during the training are the intellectual property of Zion Analytics and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

 

Limitation of Liability:

1. Zion Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the training.

 

Governing Law:

1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.

 

By participating in the Excel training provided by Zion Analytics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Power BI Training Promo Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Power BI Training Promo provided by Zion Analytics. By participating in this training, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Training Details:

1. The Power BI training provided by Zion Analytics is offered at a cost of $2,500 per day plus GST.

2. The client agrees to pay the full training fee in advance before the training begins.

3. The training may be conducted online or at the client's site, as selected by the client during registration.

5. The number of attendees  is limited up to 10, additional cost ($250 plus GST) will be added per person after that.
